NIB Info Day for visit of primary school (Osnovna sola dr. Franceta Preserna Ribnica) pupils from the talented programme under the supervision of their teacher Ms. Tina Okoren, 16th April 2025, BTS-NIB
NIB had a visit from the local primary school, and they disseminated science, research and projects -including NESTOR.
📍 The National Institute of Biology, Department of Genetic Toxicology and Cancer Biology hosted 40 curious pupils and their teachers from the local primary school.
🔬 NIB introduced them to the world of research and explained what we do in the field of genetic toxicology – including our work on nanoparticles within the H2020 NESTOR project. Through hands-on activities, they took their first steps as young scientists and discovered how exciting science can be!
